An introduction to the platform Validate. You will be using validate to create and work on your Business Model Canvas (BMC) throughout the programme.

This interactive session will guide you through each of the nine building blocks of the BMC, encouraging participants to articulate the core components of their startup vision.

An immersive workshop where you will dissect and refine your unique value proposition, ensuring it resonates profoundly with your intended customer segments.
Resources, Key Partners, & Key Activities (In-Person)
Wednesday 5th February, 17:30-19:00
Building on the momentum, this workshop takes a deep dive into identifying critical resources and partnerships that are essential for a startup's operation and growth.
Costs, Sustainability & Revenue (In-Person)
Wednesday 12th February, 17:30-19:00
You will learn how to balance short-term financial demands with long-term business sustainability, in order to make informed decisions for the financial health of your venture.
Pitching and Presentation Skills: Preparing and Managing Tough Panel Questions (In-Person)

This module will equip you with the tools to deliver compelling presentations and confidently handle challenging inquiries from investors or stakeholders.

Catch Up Sessions
You can join online catch-up sessions after select workshops if you cannot make it in-person on the following dates: 30 Jan, 6 Feb, 13 Feb, 27 Feb. 17:00-18:00
Feedback & Funding
When you have completed your BMC, you can submit for feedback and funding. Submissions need to be made by 19/02/25 at 12pm.
