IDEA Entrepreneurship for All: Data, Delivery & Diversity Conference 2024

Held on the 26th March 2024 at Pembroke College, Oxford, the IDEA (Increasing Diversity in Entrepreneurship Activities) 'Entrepreneurship for all' conference aimed to increase entrepreneurship supporters' knowledge of diversity, familiarise them with relevant research findings, and facilitate network-building. The day provided a perfect opportunity for best practice knowledge-sharing as well as interactive discussions through a range of 'masterclass' sessions.

Sessions covered topics ranging from best practice strategies for inclusive investment and inclusive entrepreneurship training programmes, to facilitating the creation of diverse startups and exploring data to understand diversity in entrepreneurship.

The conference began with a panel discussion entitled 'One-Size-Doesn't-Fit-All - What Entrepreneurship Supporters Can Do to Challenge Assumptions and Change the System' and ended with a keynote speech on entrepreneurship and EDI at Oxford delivered by Tim Soutphommasane, Chief Diversity Officer at the University of Oxford.
