Incubator Phase 2
Incubator Phase 1Validated your idea? Twelve months to build the company around it.
Programme overview
Incubator Phase 2, delivered by Oxford University Innovation's Incubator team, is a 12-month venture development programme for teams selected out of Phase 1 with a clearly defined problem, a compelling solution and initial market validation.
Participants receive tailored mentoring, funding and professional services support, alongside guided business advice to help establish and grow their venture. The programme supports teams towards company formation and investment readiness, while helping them build commercial traction, strengthen their leadership team, engage with investors, and develop strategic partnerships.
There's no fee. In return, OUI takes a 5% fully dilutable, pre-investment equity stake, which helps fund the programme and support future founders.
